Dear Max Mini Storage, I received a late notice for the unit 105 mailed 09/11/2015. When I rented the unit on June 23, 2015 I informed you that I would need to unit until August 31 and paid the total amount through August 31st. I emptied the unit as I stated when I moved to Texas on August 30. I am not sure why I received a late notice now and a late fee on 10 when I emptied the unit as promised and paid the entire rental amount. Can you please adjust your records and forward me the deposit back especially since I adhered to the agreement. Sincerely, Pat Kearns
