It's been awhile since I had dim sum. Decided to try out this dim sum buffet place. Food was ok, service was terrible. The shrimp rolls were too mushy and would stick to the chopsticks. The dumplings would disintegrate upon pickup. It also took forever for orders to arrive. Had to remind servers repeatedly of orders and still many orders never came. Took them half the meal to bring out the hot sauce. They don't have chilli oil. Also no chrysanthemum tea other than the cheap tea bags. Cost: 400k vnd/person on Sunday including taxes and service charges. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Had a great experience dining here, great service and nice food reasonably priced
Terrible service. The food was not cooked properly. Tea cup was dirty. Ordered dishes were missed or served incorrectly. Feedbacks seemed to be ignored. Horrible experience!! This place is not recommended at all.
Delicious Cantonese Yum Cha every Sunday, both with buffet and the food trolleys fill of delicious dim sum goodies.

Ngon và vị truyền thống hơn các nhà hàng Dim Sum khác. Ăn rất nhiều nhà hàng Dim Sum tại Hà Nội, tôi và vợ đều kết luận là Fortuna vẫn có món Dim Sum ăn ngon nhất, dịch vụ thì rất tốt rồi vì bản chất là phục vụ tiêu chuẩn 4*, tóm lại thích ăn Dim Sum ngon đúng vị truyền thống thì đến Fortuna.
Tôi rất thích nhà hàng này. Ở chỗ này có thực đơn rất phù hợp với tôi, nhất là dimsum. Tóm lại là nhà hàng này rất tuyệt vời. Ai mà muốn ăn dimsum đúng vị thì hãy đến đây thưởng thức nhé,
