I called them to check out my air conditioning that stopped working. Without asking me they installed a part and put over 5 lbs of R22. It is illegal to put more than 2 lbs of this in any system. My bill was over 600. It stopped working less than 10hrs later. They still want all the money.lol.

Dale was very friendly and helpful during his visit late last year (Oct/Nov 2018) to quote a new water main installation. We discussed all the options, and Dale was to coordinate some additional work with the city. He called me back a couple of days later with the quote, we agreed to a price, and he told me that I would be placed on the schedule to begin the work in a couple of weeks. Then I never heard from him or anybody at Mayol again. No phone call, no follow up, nothing. I'm not sure if I should be upset or impressed that a company can bid services for thousands of dollars, then never return as if that amount of work/money isn't important. It's not as if I couldn't hire another contractor, but it seems to be a lot of effort on their part and mine to simply have zero follow-through. I called CK Brush for some other projects and they were super responsive and actually showed up on the job, so I guess I'll have them tackle the one that Mayol couldn't/wouldn't.
