I went to this place yesterday in hopes of seeing our baby girl and really it was just a waste of 100. Although the ultrasound tech was great, my pictures were absolutely horrible. I arrived the 15 minutes prior to the appointment and couple in front of me was already running behind on their appointment, therefore I had to wait almost a half hour before I was taken in for my appointment. The tech claimed that the babies arm was over her head and therefore they were not able to get a clear picture, but I have a 3D picture of my first pregnancy with my sons hand on his face and it was still the clearest picture. I drove over an hour to this appointment because this place had the best reviews but really it was such a waste of time, money, and gas. The tech told me I could return for 35 and that was the best that they could do. Seriously??? I just paid 100 for a picture of absolutely NOTHING and now you're telling me that I need to pay 35 to come back? I feel robbed.... save your money and go elsewhere... This was the picture I received at the end

WASTE OF MONEY!! My husband and I went there with high hopes of seeing our baby with the 4D ultrasound. We had an appointment for Sat at 8.00am and we reached there before time. The building door was closed, no one was answering the phone(out of service) inspite of our multiple attempts or replying to my emails. We waited there patiently for 45 mims to 1 hour thinking somebody would come. But no one showed up and we had to go back home. Such a disappointment.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!! Do not go here or even make an appointment!! I tried to cancel my appointment 2 days after I made it and a week later they didnt refund my money ! I tried to call and their phone number is disconnected, the email on their website no one responds. I called my bank to dispute the charge and when I went to sent the bank the email that I cancelled the appointment it completely disappeared from my emails !! They're FRAUDS!! DO NOT EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY !!

We have been using Baby Premiere for now two of our children! We absolutely love their services! The ultrasound tech is super sweet and always accommodates our schedules! Can’t wait for our next visit! Just a few weeks before we meet our third child

I had a wonderful experience!! I went with the summer package and had Lauren. She did an amazing job. She was very sweet and patient. The place is really cute. I brought my two year old daughter with me and thankfully they had toys there that she could play with! Definitely recommend going here if you would like 3D images!
