It doesn't get any better than Pastor Wiley. He teaches the WORD of GOD (the BIBLE) unapologetically. The teachings are clear, understandable, and precise. He does not deviate from the BIBLE. He has a wonderful sense of humor to keep the sleepiest person awake in church. If you're looking for a New Church Home...... You just found One. Visit Rock of Ages BC in Maywood IL. Nice church. Pastor Wiley is never around. He spends more time traveling then tending to his congregation. Pastors has an obligation to his congregation. I have been to churches with much more congregation/staff & the Pastors give their sermons on Sundays. They also officiate at the special services such as confirmations, weddings, funerals, baptisms & attend the church's social events. When he 1st arrived from Pine Bluff his heart was in the church. He lead with compassion. He was on FIRE. What happened? This church is set up as an entertainment model that characterises the megachurches. What happen to the authenticity? What happened to the messages that convicted us? Where is the encouragement to want to join? This community needs help, there is a need to save souls. Our children has gone to the wolves and the devil is tearing our community, families apart by the minute. Please Pastor...go back out into the community and lead us home. Save us.
