Jacob was very thorough! He called me (property manager) to let me know of a potential fire hazard at a property while performing maintenance on systems. He stayed in touch with me and was so helpful with the process. They returned twice after issue was address by electrician to ensure the units were in safe working order. Rare and very pleasant experience!

-Excellent Professional Install / Maintenance -Custom secondary drain pan for vertical down flow installation Had M&B replace a compressor in my downstairs hvac back in 2012 because their prices were significantly better than their competition. When I needed a new upstairs hvac installed in 2016, they installed a 2-stage and I have never been happier. Yesterday, I had them replace my downstairs unit with a new 2-stage and you can see the photos of how clean and professional the installation looks. One of the things that turned out absolutely perfectly was my request to install a secondary drain pan. I had the unpleasant experience of finding my air handler had leaked some water over the side of the main pan due to excessive residue buildup on my coils back in 2014 or so and ended up with some slightly warped floorboards. Hence why you should always keep up with your maintenance calls, it would have been caught before it became a leak point. Anyways, so I wanted to make sure I had a secondary pan when I got my new unit installed. I sketched up a schematic and Eric made it happen on site, used some treated 2x4s to make a structural frame inside the pan to raise the air handler, and it is PERFECT! Exactly what I was looking for. Highly satisfied with my install by Eric and Austin. 10/10.

Had a great experience with M&B. Technician explained what he was doing if I had questions, and why he did it one way rather than another. He was very thorough in his maintenance and inspection of the unit. I could tell that he was passionate about what he was doing, and saw the job out until completion. If something was not the way that he wanted it, he just didn’t side step it, he figured out why it was that way and either corrected it or informed me. I will absolutely be using M&B again. I highly recommended them.
