MBA Real Estate is the worst property management company in Arizona. They are dishonest and will go to no lengths to hit you with judgements and ridiculous unfair fees.They charge cleaning fees, pet fees and when you move out they threaten and try forfeiting your thousands of dollars in security deposits. Wish I had never got involved with this company. Please run from this place don’t ever do busy with them. Their are a million other very reputable honest companies. This one is NOT one of them.

If your a tenant looking to rent look elsewhere because you'll never get your full deposit back. We clearly stated on our move in punch list how dirty the property was. When we vacated the property we left the property cleaner than it was moving in. After moving out the owner had the flooring redone and the crew tore the place apart was were smoking weed in the house. I even provided MBA with pictures of the joints that were left laying around. We were charged 70 in janitorial fees. We were also charged 150 in landscaping fees. I had cleaned up the few things the property manager had mentioned. The owner of the property decided to hire a landscaping crew after the fact and I will billed for it. Their prices for materials are outrageous 25 for an air filter and 70 for a water filter. I tried addressing the issues and all I received were arguments even after providing documented proof. So if your looking for a leasing company to rent from look somewhere else because honesty is not in their vocabulary.
