If I could give them a negative star I would. Ron almost lost the sale for us because he undervalued our home by 40,000. He used inappropriate comps and refused to consider 12 other more realistic comps provided to him by our and the buyer’s realtor. DO NOT LET THEM APPRAISE YOUR PROPERTY.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t let this company do an appraisal for me if it were free. Phillip specifically is horrible. He’s rude, and doesn’t even do half his job! They stole our 500.

Truly wish I could give a zero rating, but i guess that wouldn't be completely fair considering they did show up on time. My home was appraised 4 years ago at 70,000. I've since put nearly 50,000 into it. Allied came in last week, asked no questions regarding age of the roof, windows... anything really...and then appraised my home at 55,000. I'm confused at best. I wont even begin to talk about all the money, time and deals this appraisal has screwed me out of. Thanks for nothing Allied Appraisal from Mcalester OK.
