This is a great place to shop especially for the homeowner, do it yourself or or even a contractor. This location is a pretty good size store and has quite the inventory. Tool selection and brands or quite present and organized. I enjoyed shopping the store and the customer service is above average.

The salesman did not tell me I had to buy the washer hoses, and dryer hose and cord extra. Only if they delivered and set them up for me, then I had to buy them . I brought my truck and a trailer and carried my purchases myself and hooked them up myself. I had to make three trips to get the right items.

I would not shop here in McAlester because the manager is very rude here all the other workers were nice and kind but just wow the manager of Lowe's in McAlester won't be coming back tell she's gone if I could give no stars I would

The getting what you are looking for is good. The getting it paid for so you can get on with your project not good. Each time I have been in here the person at the register is super slow. And it is not the same clerk either.

If you're into guys with man-buns who are completely illiterate in hardware, this is the place! It was all that bad, but that was the main impression I got this time. I asked if they had any 12 volt led light bulbs (regular base...for RV or solar) and I got directions to 120v black lights. Still, it's Lowes. Lowe's is never too bad.
