My Niece’s Senior Portrait touch ups were HORRIBLE!! White brush strokes on the right side of her beautiful tan skin and brush strokes on the left side erased the chain of her necklace. After finally getting someone to return our call, they informed us that there is nothing they could do because we have already received the portraits. With our offer to return the photos for retakes their reply was they couldn’t do that because they would lose money. REALLY?!! What have WE done? We have consulted with another company who stated they could correct the portraits but would need rights to the photos. This Mark Emmons Company is NOT Professional!! Warn your Sxhools and Businesses. BEWARE!!
