If you can go elsewhere, then steer clear of this place. They don't care about the patients or if they get any better or giving them a diagnosis. The only reason I'm giving two stars is for the wonderful nurse I had while in the ER.

Dehydrated and extremely sick when I arrived here took 4 hours before they even got me Tylenol after asking multiple times wouldn't do anything else except covid and flu test in which a young boy and girl tried but didn't know how to do correctly Dr should have been in room or atheist a trained nurse this place is ridiculous

When I was younger I remember the Emergency Room being a small area and having to wait a long time before getting seen. Recently the hospital renovated the Emergency Room. It is an understatement to say that the new Emergency Room is amazing now! My grandfather had to go up there around two weeks ago because he had a fallen and broken rib and was instantly put into a room. The rooms are so much larger than they used to be! There was room for my father and I to both be back there without getting in the way. The staff treated my grandfather with a lot of respect, and everyone was really nice to him. I really like the changes that the hospital is making, and the effort they are putting into making their patients have a good experience!

Super upset with this place. My dad’s doctor told him to go to the E.R for fluids after seeing his kidneys were failing. He has stage 4 cancer and has also been throwing up and falling asleep for hours at the hospital and yet nothing has been done

The nurses and doctors were very good and thorough. We were there for a long time, but they got to the root of the problem with my nephew and had him in surgery the next morning!

Came here at 12:15am got vidal's done then got told its going to be several hours of waiting. That's stupid

Dr. Donald Simmons is just a bully that doesn't need to be working with the public. If your lucky enough to get Dr. Muncrief then I would have given this a five but this Dr. Simmons is something sick people need to stay away from.
