For the price, it was very nice. No WiFi, but for the price I'm not complaining. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, very nice night. Will visit again.

The room we had was filthy. The box springs were not on the frame correctly. Which made the top mattress over hang the box springs and droop. The bedding was filthy. The surface of each piece of furniture was dirty. The floor needed a good vacum and mop. The smoke alarm was disconnected. The refrigerator had a slow leak on the floor.
Paid for room on hotels.com arrived at 8:00 pm no one in office came back at 8:30 pm and 9:00pm still no clerk. Place is a dump I wouldn’t stay there if they gave me a years worth of free room rental!!!!!
Do NOT stay here! Keep your 37 and buy a tent, you will be safer and in a clean environment. Booking agent didn't speak very good English, very hard to understand. A waste of 15 min just trying to book the room over the phone. Arrived at the hotel, sketchy to say the least. Our room was disgusting! Linens were not clean! It actually looked like some just got up from a nap. The lamps only had 1 working bulb. Went back up to the office to complain, front desk girl try to explain thats just how the linens come out after they wash them. She put us in a different room. This room was even worse. The A/C want working properly. Had lamps that didn't work or no light bulbs at all but we did have a random computer chair... BONUS! My boyfriend was watching the people who were checking in at the time... He made the decision to go to another hotel. We did not feel safe there. Overall, a funny experience that we can tell all our friends and family for years to come!

We had a superb stay for 4 nights this month in August for our family of 4. The service is great especially Staff during breakfast. The location is great as right on the steps of walk of fame! Our room was spacious and very clean with a balcony. The swimming place was a good facility to have for a dip. We would recommend this place to anyone.
The price was fantastic and the room was clean. Those are the only things good I can say about this place. First when I called to reserve & pay for the room I was never told I needed to bring a 50 cash only deposit. Then we get to the room and the lights dont work because all but one of the 3 lamps are unplugged. The one that is plugged in you have to turn the light switch off and the lamp on for it to work But the lamp was turned off so it was difficult to figure the situation out. Then the mini fridge & the 2 microwaves were wires together but unplugged. To plug them and one of the lamps in ( that did not work after all ) you had to move a heavy dresser to get to the wall outlet. The min fridge/microwave cord had to run across the closet door so it was hard to get to what we hung in there. When my daughter took a shower she was unable to adjust the shower to get anything other than WAY TO HOT water. Most of the night we hear the trains didn't bother us at all like other people mentioned. For us it was the occupants on both sides of us. On one side the argued all night long and on the other the had loud sex ALL NIGHT LONG. Then we get up early so the office manager can inspect the room and I can get my deposit back and it is the same lady from the night before. She doesn't ever go to the room. She ask me if anyone is in the room and if was OK. I said yes and she gives me my cash back. We will not be staying again. I would rather pay more I think.
Service was top shelf. Room was so quiet, and could not hear any external noise. The mattress was perfect and I want to buy one. On a side note, the location is out of this world. So close to everything. On this trip we took the family, 2 kids under five. I must say the staff and other guests are considerate, and well mannered. You cannot put a price on this. Loved it.
