This whole company should be burned to the ground. I was yelled at by an employee at my home because I was a week behind. He took this very personally as if my payment would go directly to him. They are INFESTED with bedbug's. I gave them my merchandise back and had to call an exterminator. Rent a center staff are vermin just as well as the bedbugs I had to get rid of. I didn't even want to leave one star but I wanted everyone to know what happened to me.

I'm not one to usually blast a business like this, but they have horrible customer service skills. I've gotten behind on a couple payments (separate times) and this time, they were threatening to come pick up my couch (only a couple payments left) even after I told them I get paid Friday. They didn't want to work with me. Never renting from this company again.

Rented a washer and dryer for years and bought several items from this store. Never had a pro until I had a stroke and pay my bill. I sent back what I had paid on for awhile. Was told to come back when I needed something,but they doubled the price for the same equipment if I wanted it back. I'm a disabled vet who needs hell but did find it here.
