I've rented the 6x12 cargo trailer many times from this place. They hitch up the trailer for you, and unhitch it for you. You don't have to make a reservation online with these people... just come in and rent.

I was traveling 1,200 miles across the country and wound up in McAlester with a ruined trailer light connection on my uHaul unit (thanks Oklahoma roads). Called this Neighborhood Dealer and they said to come in. No questions asked - replaced my trailer light connection at no charge and sent me on my way. Exceptionally fast & kind service. Was very pleased with their service!

Quick and easy
Rude and entitled. First time I dropped off a trailer and the owner was rude. I thought maybe he was having a bad Saturday having to work. Came in today to rent a truck and car hauler. I asked a simple question and the guy bit my head off. I walked out and drove a hour out of my way just to rent from another U-Haul. Customer service means a lot. Better service in Eufaula by a long shot. Had everything ready for me when I got there.
