((About covid19 testing site))I’d would understand the wait time if it was a free service, but is not. Why the service is so bad? We have been waiting for more than 4hours !!!!!, and no one has showed to give us the test. I’m guessing we have to wait another hour for the result. I worked at a testing site. So I know they have to wait for the machines to run the test, clean it etc. that takes time. But there is less than 5 people here waiting at the parking lot? So why? Why are you gonna charge the insurance OR ask for 100 but act like you are doing a free service? There is people feeling sick waiting. They don’t care! Terrible service.

Do not go here!!! This place is worthless and you are nothing to them. They do not care about you. My doughter was very sick today and i wanted a pediatric doctor, we raced here only to be told that they have \too many patients\ it was 10:10 PM, ... i was please!!!! I need your help, no sorry or care in the world.... they close at 10:30. Everyone please 1 star and do not give this clinic and doctor any business, I would love to see this clinic fail!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They don’t even answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours to be attended and on the line for 20 minutes with nobody picking up. What kind of institution is this?

Sorry for not doing a review as soon as possible. (Its been months now) I don't recommend this place and also I am changing my actual pediatrician. Seriously there's something in the water here in the valley. Don't get me wrong, I am from the valley but we moved to Houston and now we are back and they are more professional over there. I am yet to find a good pediatrician for my 2 daughters here. Wish me good luck you all .
