I also experience the same situation with the Auto Repair shop, seems like every time I take my car in for warranty issues it's the same situation. They never have a direct answer and keep my vehicle more than it needs to be for a quick answer of \we could not find anything wrong with it\ 2 weeks to determine. As far as the staff communications , they are not very good at keeping you posted on what's going on during the this process. I would advise to visit another dealer for better service.

Always a bad experience at the Auto Repair Shop, they take weeks just to give you a I don't know what it could be answer. Female Rep from automotive department never gives you any updates and are rude. I wish I had other choices near my area for warranty.
