By far, the best, world-class service I've experienced from a medical establishment. Every single front-office employee I came in contact with was exceptionally courteous, respectful, accommodating, and attentive. I couldn't have asked for better service. The physician assistant I spoke to over the phone was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond with sharing her knowledge. She was attentive and patient in answering my questions and attending to my requests. One of the best experiences was the cleanliness of the inside building, equipment, and patient robe. The floors were immaculate, the bed's sheets smelled fresh, and the robe smelled delightfully clean. Thank you so much, 911 Pain Management employees. Please keep up the excellent t work

I would highly recommend Dr. Liu at 911 pain management. She is an expert in pain management, and is compassionate and caring. The staff is also very kind and efficient. I've never had to wait very long for treatment, which is extremely important when pain is involved.
