I am a current patient here for Dr Gonzalez , endocrinologist . And today I came in for a follow up visit , and for the third time in one year , k was told I couldn’t be seen , because my medical authorization , with the VA . Didn’t covered me , that I needed to request a new one, this is the third time this happened. Even so on my last visit I specifically asked about it , to ensure this wasn’t going to happen again , they waited until I was here atbbebcmknkx registering to tell me this , lack of professionalism and la k of empathy . They only care for And completely disregard the patient well being .i asked to speak to the clinic manager , and after half an hour of waiting , she is still “busy” . I don’t recommend this place . DHR Health system , stinks when it comes to patients service and lack of professionalism of their staff, DR Gonzalez is an excellent health provider , one of the best physician I have ever encountered . The office manager refused to see me . I will request I never be sent to the DHR health system again .

Staff was very rude. Dr. prescribed a glucose meter about 6 months ago, and the pharmacy still can't get a form from the Dr. so it can clear with the insurance. I have emailed the Manager, the doctor and have spoken to several receptionists, once they hear it's me they hang up!
