Besides HEB, this is my favorite store! Really convenient to shop with there app, tells you availability and location in the store OR you can just order for curbside pickup. A lot of my home projects whether renovation or repair, start at Lowe’s. You can always find someone to answer questions.

The customer service at this Lowe’s could not be worse. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator, stove, range/microwave, and dishwasher. Initially, trying to change the delivery date was a nightmare. Once that got straightened out I thought delivery would be a breeze. I was wrong. Somehow, the dishwasher didn’t make it to the delivery address. The delivery person told me that the salesperson had sold me a dishwasher they did not have in stock, and that I would have to deal with store management. After that, store management told me they did have the dishwasher, it just hadn’t made it on the delivery truck! And that they couldn’t explain how that had happened. Out of the kindness of their heart, they decided to give me a discount. I was told to come by the store and pick up the discount in cash. I crossed heavy traffic at 6 PM, only to find out that no, the discount could not be in cash, and had to be returned to a credit card that I couldn’t recognize.Things could not have gone worse. Maybe I should just consider myself lucky that my business with these folks is done. My advice to you, consider going somewhere else. Not even buying a boatload of appliances gets you good service here.

The 5 stars are for Kayla in the Doors department. Kayla took the time to explain the difference between all doors and never rushed us or seem frustrated with our questions. The door was pricey but Kayla's customer service and knowledge helped us making the decision to purchase the door. Due to Covid, the door delivery date was rescheduled twice but Kayla would regularly call us with updates. I mentioned to her we were having a locksmith rekey all doors and she took us over to the door locks dept. and explained Smart Keys to us. We are very glad we purchased all our Smart Key door knobs at Lowes and, as she explained, it was very easy to set up. Thanks Kayla!

Horrible experience...the customer service was for the most part oblivious to policies they should be fully aware of. I went to return a water heater (that was professionally installed) and they would not take it...have me the run around that I had to get a RA # from the company but that it would be an easy fix...It wasn't...the company then said I had to reinstall the equipment then call them and maybe after that I would get the magic number...installed again and took out the element...turns out the element from a Brand New water heater looked like this...My thing is I bought something brand new, and it obviously was defective, let me switch it out for another...my plumber should not have to do maintenance on a product that is hours removed from the shelf in the store..,what's worse is the customer service represntatives had no clue...I hope this is an isolated case but if it is not then I do not see myself shopping there much longer
