Highly recommend Superior alarms for all security services. Had a great experience with the sales rep. Got all the information I needed. Nothing was left unexplained. Technicians worked diligently and explained how to use the system in detail. I had an incident and the alarm had gone off, I quickly got a call from the monitoring station and got asked if everything was OK. Verified my password and advised them it was a false alarm. Made me feel safe even if it was a false alarm. I will be recommending my family and friends.
Superior Alarms is by far the most professional alarm company I've had. I purchased an alarm system from them years ago & may I say, the system works good as new! My whole family had/has used Superior Alarms for years and we all loved it. They helped alert us to dangers like smoke alarms going off when we aren’t home, and doors opening while alarm is set. If we don’t respond to our alarms in a decent amount of time (because we are not home or other scenarios) they call us and the authorities. I feel safe in my house knowing that Superior Alarms will let me know if something suspicious is happening. Would highly recommend.
