Very professional and helpful. I called looking for a unit at 9:00 one morning and was advised there were none available. Then, at noon Amber called me back and advised someone had just checked out and she now had one. Amber did not HAVE to call me but she did, which was really appreciated! Since then, she has continued to be friendly, professional and helpful at every step! I am pleased to be working with her and NW Storage !!!

Renting a storage unit in McCall was so easy! Amber was extremely friendly and so quick to help us. She even arranged to let us check out the unit first to make sure it would fit our needs. And then she got us in and rented before the end of the day. On top of that, the unit is perfect and was clean on move-in. Excellent service and unit!
We have used this storage unit for a few years. We have always had access to it( snow removal) and never have had any issues or problems. Would recommend them highly
This storage is clean, easily accessible, and well taken care of. Management is awesome, friendly, and very quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place if you want quality storage.
So far a very pleasant service. Manager called me back and we have arragned everything over the phone to complete the application process. On site kiosk sounds like an efficient way to pay, return locks and or buy locks. I'll update later after a month or two but with 24/7 access and with automated payments I'm not sure what can go wrong. Timely snow removal will be an indicator of how well the organization is operating.
I really appreciated the customer service right off the bat. The storage units are easily accessible and they made it super simple to get set up. Online payment is also a very convenient.
I have a storage unit in McCall with Northwest Self Storage. I am impressed with the access to my stored items through all the seasons! Property is very well maintained!
