In general I haven’t had a bad experience here. I have only used the spa and eaten at the restaurant and cafe downstairs as well as the bar. I live very close so not sure when I will stay if ever. The food is good. I would like to see their breakfast menu stay open longer on weekends and maybe expand it a bit. It would be nice to have blended drinks at the bar and more options for appetizers there too. Love the food downstairs but again more options would be nice. The view is fabulous and it can be a grand time just hanging out and chatting.

Great family lodge with all the amenities we were looking for. We stayed in one of their pet-friendly suites, enjoyed the hot tub and pool, great dining options, morning coffee, evening s'mores, the rec room and the theater. Very laid back and comfortable, but also very clean and luxury where we wanted it. We'll be back!
Beautiful Facility in a beautiful area! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Shore Lodge. This location has something for everyone. Two restaurants, a bar with a gorgeous view of Payette Lake, terrific heated pool area with a very large and a small cozy jacuzzi, a very fun game area, and a movie theater. I highly recommend this resort. I can't say enough about the service we received here. I mean, every single staff member we came across went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience. It is clear to anyone paying attention that the staff here works together as a team to take care of their guests and they are passionate about it.
Beautiful atmosphere! The VIEW is amazing. Food, drinks and service were top notch. Rooms are clean and wonderful. Bed was sooooo comfortable.
We had an amazing time over New Year's at Shore Lodge. Whether you are looking for a couples retreat, or a family holiday, we've done both here and have created some amazing memories. The staff was amazing - even before we arrived! I got a call asking us if we would want restaurant reservations, before they fill up, due to the holiday. They wanted to make sure guests got first choice! When we arrived, the bell service folks (all 3 that we encountered during our stay) were eager to help us unload all our ski equipment, crazy amount of bags, and offered free valet parking. They were working hard to please all the guests arriving or departing. Ben at the front desk was so nice to answer all of my high-maintenance questions in a friendly and helpful manner, Colin who came to fix our TV was so polite and nice, I asked the maid for towels and "lots of coffee" and she quickly got us all we needed, and the staff at the Cutwater taking orders for our in-service dining were friendly (even though it was a busy time to be at the lodge). The room was clean and we love the remodel! The views were so pretty outside on our deck overlooking the lake covered in ice and snow. The hot pool and jacuzzi????? SO AWESOME and much needed after skiing and snowshoeing! (The pool could have been a little warmer with the snow falling on us, but it was really relaxing.) My *only* criticism is the pillows were too soft. I mean, why would I even complain after all this great treatment? Thank you team Shore Lodge for making our stay over New Year's everything we wanted it to be and more!
Mid-century ski lodge charm with excellent amenities. Many room options. The Cove (spa) is outstanding. This is a perfect get away location.
Nice place right on the lake. The heated pool is great. Personally I believe they are overpriced however if you want a nice place in McCall your options are limited. Great view on the lake side
