If I could give -5 stars I would!!! I drove two hours out of my way changed my plan to make it to the appointment because I was promise they had space. However when I arrived the office was closed and when I called the corporate number back they had no Solutions and didn’t even know the location was closed for a week. So unprofessional.

Kris and her husband were great! They worked with me on the pricing and the use of the U-Haul as well as the storage unit I needed in a very timely and courteous manner. Would definitely do business with them again!!
Kris & Curt are very helpful and terrific at returning phone calls. They met me at the Elo and Plaza locations to show me a variety of available units. When I couldn't meet them in person, Curt went out to the units to measure dimensions and distances for me. Very helpful and kind. I look forward to working with them for years to come.
Kurt was very helpful when i had a problem at my unit. He took time away from other things he had to do to come and help me with my problem. Good guy, good company!
