Wow I had gone to another dental place not far from you all. That started with an A. . They can't compare with you all. The service was poor even the doctors they can't compare to the service I received at Custom Dentures .When I entered the front door I was met by a wonder receptionist,/nurse ( With a Smile) then there was Cathy she was real sweet and kind.i told her I couldn't eat or chew with the other dentures I had .They were too big for my mouth. Cathy assured me that when I left there I would have a beautiful set of dentures that I could chew and eat my food . As for my Dentist I couldn't say enough for him. He never had one frown . He smiled the entire time I was there. Answering every question I had. The one that made my dentures really knows his stuff. So if you're looking for a perfect set of dentures. That will makes u look like yourself and not like a cave women . Go to Custom Dentures. Where your mouth will look beautiful and the service is out of this world . I got a full set of dentures on February 3 2020. Lady named Jennifer was who help me she was nice but when I went back that afternoon to pick my teeth up I was not happy with them they was too big I knew as soon as I got them they was never going to work but her and the dentist said it would just take getting used to them. My teeth was and are still very big the top teeth fit great but are very rough on inside so the cut my gums up. My bottom teeth are way to big very loose longer on one side and just don’t fit. I can’t not eat or talk with them. I went back. I called them the lady I talked to about it said oh come in we will fix them I went in and the dr witch wasn’t dr Morgan said they looked great but the lady and Jennifer worked on them some and I was told to use poligrip to help hold them in and I would get used to them that it just takes time. It’s been a month now I still can’t talk or eat with them and they cut my mouth up. And the worse thing is my husband says I have HORSE teeth when I have them in. Very upsetting and worst 1200.00 I have ever spent.
Appointment was @ 9am left about 11am & all the while enjoying tha patients coming in with me to tha employees in tha office Tha Dentist himself was pretty laid back & very serious about getting you taken care of Real Good Guy They Treat you with so much respect & was very professional ppl I Enjoyed My Visit with Custom Dentures
Everyone was so sweet, polite, and very understanding. I will continue to go to them in the future.
This was my first time at Custom Dentures, and the whole experience was absolutely great. The whole crew was very nice. I would different reminded them to everyone.
