CVS Pharmacy on Eastern Valley Rd is by far the best pharmacy! The pharmacists and their staff are always friendly and courteous. Also, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I have about my meds. I never have to wait long either! Kudos to this CVS!

Huge selection of cosmetics, skincare and hair products.. Their merchandise pricing is right in line with that of their competitors, but their grocery items are priced a little high. My only complaint: the way the sales clerk handled an elderly customer needing to exchange something. I won't go into all the details, but basically the customer wanted to exchange one CVS brand medication for another and the sales clerk felt uneasy allowing this exchange because the customer brought the CVS meds back in a Dollar General bag. The manager was called and the exchange was permitted, however, no customer transaction should ever be handled this way.
The pharmacy department is literally the rudest, most unconcerned group of people I’ve ever encountered. I called in my prescription to them around 9 in the morning and was told they would reach out to my doctor regarding it. I asked if I would be able to get my medicine that same day and was told yes I would. I then asked would I get a confirmation call/text or something letting me know it’s ready and was told yes. The whole day went by with no response. I called again that evening around 6 and was on hold forever only to be hung up on because the lady swore she couldn’t hear me. I called back, waited on hold another 20min and the same rude lady answered. I explained to her that I called my meds in earlier and wanted to know the status. She told me they didn’t fill it because they didn’t have my insurance correct. The first lady never asked me for my insurance information. After I gave her this info I asked if I could come get my prescription that night and was told “you can come, but it’s not going to be ready.” I could have literally snapped at that moment. Like seriously why would I drive to this pharmacy if my medicine isn’t ready? I just thought that was extremely rude and in poor taste. I ended up calling the Target CVS who was very pleasant and got everything filled the next day. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother dealing with this pharmacy. It’s a complete waste of your time and will give you a major headache dealing with these people.
The pharmacy was incredibly helpful to me when I was in pain and I greatly appreciate it. The walk in clinic didn’t send my prescription over as they said and CVS pharmacy called them and took care of the issue so I could get my medicine. I’m so thankful for their help; I’ll be able to sleep tonight!
I don’t like the self check bad decision. Will not be shopping here again.
