Great employees. Took all types of notes on my dogs health issues. He get ear infections if water gets in his ears so I think they put cotton in them but then didn't go back and clean them with a wet cloth like my previous groomer did. I'm not sure if they ground his nails either.

The groomer was late for my Zoom Groom appointment but compensated by removing the upcharge for the Zoom Groom. She handled my senior dog well and did a good job on his haircut. We will be back.
I HIGHLY recommend for boarding. I kept my dog there 3 days, and am completely satisfied. The ladies are so nice, and they accommodated all of my dog's several \quirks.\ 5 stars from me.
