Stopped in 8/27/19 for a service paid 339.89. Took over 2 hours start to finish. I was the only truck there so no wait. When I got ready to leave I was asked if I would click that I seen oil plug torqued. I said no I didn’t see and wouldn’t say I did. So had to go back out to witness the torquing of plug. No big deal I thought but took them around 30 minutes to find a torque Wrench. So that tells me it wasn’t torqued at all. So was it actually removed or not over torqued stripped or who knows. After paying and pulling out into parking lot I decide to check truck even though there is a thunderstorm going on. I can’t find one grease fitting that has been greased. So now going somewhere else and pay then to redo a oil change because I am not sure I even got one here. I will put up pics of afew grease fittings showing no grease. Update I tried to leave feedback on website filled everything out submitted it but got a message saying it couldn’t log my complaint to call customer service. I called customer service and no one would answer.
