Had a very good experience with McCollum Roofing & Siding. We noticed a little paint bubbling up towards the front of our house. Contacted McCollum on a recommendation from our handyman. Bobby came out right away. Said there were some minor gaps in the shingles leading to leaks. He could patch, but the roof was nearing end of life and we should budget for a new one int he future. If we wanted to get a new roof, he would patch ASAP for free and fit us in for a new roof when his team was available. The patch was a reasonable quote, but the full roof was too (compared to what we had heard from neighbors). So we went that route knowing we'd need it eventually anyway. After one snow related delay, his team came out and worked a long full day to complete what was supposed to be a 2-day job in a 1-day. They were professional and respecful. They cleaned up thoroughly. Aside from the loud banging, we wouldnt have know they were here. The dumpster wasn't picked up until the next day, so Bobby came by personally to clean up again after it was. Communication throughout the whole process was great--from the inspection to the patch leading up to the actual job. During the job, I asked them if they could take a look at my noisy attic fan. They quoted me for a replacement, but after looking at it told me I didn't need one--it was just loose, so they affixed it more securely for free and no more noise. Only time will tell how good a job they did. But they're a certified GAF installer and the shingles come with a 50-year warranty. So we're hoping that we never have to worry about this roof again as long as we live here.

We have used McCollum Roofing & Siding several times over the last 3 years. We have had our entire roof replaced in 2019 and just recently in March 2020 had our house re-sided. Bobby and his team did a full teardown to the sheathing including removing the original cedar shingles which had been poorly sided over by a previous contractor. They take care to replace all rotted wood, re-insulate and wrap the entire house. I was extremely impressed with the metal work they completed, re-wrapping all my windows and doors with new flashing so that they all match. They replaced all my eaves and the gutters were rolled on site to exact measurements so they are completely seamless. Their crews are very professional, fully-equipped, fast and clean up after themselves. McCollums pricing is the very best you will get for true quality warranteed work. Bobby is a friendly, very accommodating guy who will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. Can't recommend them highly enough

Bobby and team were complete professionals, and did a fantastic job repairing a challenging cement tile roof and replacing a garage roof. What's more, they were prompt and straight-forward in estimating, scheduling and performing the work. Kind and communicative too. 5 stars!

They helped us with the roof problems after a storm. Very prompt, polite, detailed. It was a small repair, and the price was not cheap. But if we choose to do a roof replacement, we would use this company.

We bought our home in November and the roof was old and had a lot of moss and algae build up. The roof and gutters were the first thing I wanted replaced once the weather warmed up. I started my search for a roofing company. After several estimates we decided on McCollum. We couldn't be more satisfied. Bobby and his team did an excellent job and only took them two days to strip the roof and put everything down new. The roof is GAF certified and the warranty is excellent. They used Timberline shingles. McCollum was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home looks updated and newer with our roof and gutters and we were given a fair price. They made sure to also clean up our property of any debris. I'd highly recommend!
