I made my very first long distance purchase a few weeks ago with Steve McCullough the owner of McCullough Implement and Kris Rogers the sales guy. Both were very nice. It is a used John Deere 318 Tractor with a front end loader and backhoe. I live in upstate NY in the Adirondack Mountain region. I had been looking for a machine like this for a while. Needless to say, The only real issue was shipping from their facility to me. And that was not their fault. Otherwise these guys are upstanding people. I have had the machine for a couple of weeks and found a few issues. One issue was the front end loader and bucket hydraulics fading down. I told Steve about my issue and he, without hesitation, offered to pay for the repair. That is what we call here a \down to earth\ business person. Steve's friendly mannerism and ability to step up and regard his customers makes him and his staff a premier group to do business with. I have turned a few of my friends toward McCullough Implement. I would definitely do business again with them.

Super friendly staff, and the show room is very clean. The parts department was helping me, and it was taking a little longer for the paperwork. Another gentleman got worried that the staff was not properly helping me, and checked on the situation. They also have a lot of products on hand.
