James and Hannah are the absolute best! They are so quick to come out, competitively priced, and are genuinely kind people! We have had them out here several times to make adjustments, modify our sprinkler heads, and for busted lines from our own failed DIY efforts. I highly recommend McCutcheon Irrigation!

I did something I never do. Based on the limited, but glowing, reviews for this hometown small business, I decided I wanted them to do my sprinkler repair. On Tuesday, I filled out the contact form on their website. On Wednesday, I called to follow up. I was encouraged that someone actually answered the phone and it didn't go to voicemail. The lady said they had worked late on Tuesday, but would check email that night and respond. It's close of business on Saturday now and I've heard nothing. Zip, zilch, nada. Very disappointed, but wiser.
James worked us into his busy schedule and did a great job. We will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to family and friends.
