My wife and daughter went in to look at a vehicle. They were treated with the utmost respect. I was told they would take care of them and they most certainly did. This was a great visit. We didn't find a vehicle we wanted to buy yet but the dealership was very nice. A candy and beverage bar that draws you while waiting for the salesperson to do their thing. They did have some great deals on their 2020 models and the vehicles are very nice. The ride was smooth, etc.

Andrew was my salesman. He was awesome but his Mgr, Jim, not so much, unless you like being bullied. Andrew was patient, informative, respectful and helpful. Answered all my questions and drove perspective vehicle to my mechanic to have it checked out. Purchased the car yesterday and I trust Andrew's integrity. He loves cars and knows how to treat his customers. He will go far. And if you get a chance, meet Bella. She was delightful. She works the showroom floor and assists the sales staff. She too has a great future ahead of her. So far, loving my new used RDX!

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!! THE SERVICE ADVISOR KENNETH IS FAR MOST THE RUDEST SERVICE ADVISOR I EVER DEALT WITH!! THESE PEOPLE CON ME OUT OF 800 REPAIRING A PART BASE ON A GUESS. WHEN I KEPT BRING MY CAR BACK, IT WAS A BUNCH OF IT COULD BE A LOT OF THINGS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. LIKE WHY DID I PAY YOU ALL FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST IF YOU COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. BUT NO ONE GUESS AND GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR NOT REPAIRING MY CAR. I JUST SPENT OVER 900 GETTING THE SAME PROBLEM REPAIRED AT MCDANIEL'S ACURA OF COLUMBIA AND DID NOT GO THROUGH NONE OF THE ATTITUDES, LACK OF COMMUNICATION OR RUDENESS WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH MR. MCDANIEL HIMSELF!! I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!! EVERYBODY SHOULD BE FIRED FROM THE MCDANIEL'S ACURA OF CHARLESTON SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! YOU CON/SCAM THE WRONG WOMAN AND I DEFINITELY DO NOT PLAY ABOUT MY CAR AND MONEY
