This was my first visit here as I had originally planned on taking my new watch some place a tad bit closer to my home. However, they were closed until January 4. Lost business for the prior company because now I will be a returning customer to Optical Workshop. Wayne and the young woman at the counter were exceptionally professional, kind, and patient. I needed a few links taken out of my watch and it was done on the same day as I brought it in. Being that this is a popular location, it was quite busy upon arrival. Wayne made it a point to acknowledge that he noticed that I was there and reassured me that he would be with me momentarily. Thank you for taking care of me and ensuring that my item was handled with care and precision. Definitely coming back and recommending this business to all of my family and friends!
This place is awesome! I got my wedding ring repaired by them and it looks completely brand new now. Also I got my eye glasses repaired by them as well. The owner has a great personality and has great prices.
