I Visited McDonough Primary on July 1, 2020. Organization kindly fit me in quickly for an appointment after speaking with receptionist. Nurse was excellent in her care and concern for my issue. However, I was seen by NP Amanda Lynn Butler. She stated she could not help me with my issue. But, McDonough Primary did bill my insurance for the office visit with no care or treatment given. This demonstrates to me that money for time not for care is their philosophy.
