The staff are amazing and always friendly. They are very accommodating. The prices are a little lower than other storage facilities. They have climate controlled units as well as outside units. Teresa and John are exceptionally nice and very friendly.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I rented a 10x30 unit that I thought my items would be secure and safe in, but turns out they were not. I had over 1500 dollars worth of items stolen out of my unit. When I went to move my stuff out I realized these things were missing. I spoke with John the property owner who informed me there were no video cameras on the premises despite what their website says. He informed me since there was no damage to the door or lock on my unit I would probably lose the insurance claim to get my money back for the stolen items. I would seriously consider not using this place to store your items. All I can say is I hope no one else’s items have “mysteriously disappeared”.

Parking for trailers has limited maneuvering space for vehicles to hook up due to the spaces being right across storage units. Spaces would work better if at an angle facing the entrance/exit gate.
