We were referred to McFarland and Sons through a friend. Our friend works in flooring and said he would never suggest anyone else for work on carpet. Jeff and Bill were very professional and willing to work with our busy schedules during the hectic Christmas season. Jeff called and was able to arrive about two hours earlier, which worked out perfectly for us that day. He knows his stuff! He was very familiar with the kind of carpet we have and knew exactly how to stretch it and cut it to be the exact right size. He was done quickly and our carpet NEVER looked better. I was so happy, I put his card on our fridge for later reference. We ended up splitting our bedroom into two rooms and had Jeff do the carpet for both rooms. Again, loved every single thing he did. Our two rooms look so good. I also LOVE that he cleans up after himself. I've worked with people who don't do that, or do it to a minimum. Not Jeff. So impressed! I'd recommend McFarland and Sons to any one, any time, for anything carpet or flooring related.

I am so impressed with this establishment. Bill helped me get scheduled and moved our appointments to accommodate the carpet cleaners only for us to have to reschedule due to a technicality of closing on our house on-time. Bill was kind, patient, and so understanding! They haven’t even stretched the carpets for me yet and I am blown away at their service. Thanks Bill!
The photos speak for themselves. We had 3 areas of carpet to replace, 2 of the areas our dog destroyed. Jeff did an amazing job, and had great customer service. Thank you so much, and thank you for your service.

I needed the carpet stretched in two bedrooms and a landing. Jeff and Josh were quick to respond, professional and very kind. Jeff showed up at the scheduled time. He did high quality work. He also fixed that annoying squeaky floor too! The price was better than quoted. What more could I ask for? I would definitely use McFarland Flooring again.
