I do NOT recommend this business as well. I was told to upload all of my private information and documents. As soon as I told them I was deaf and may need an interpreter, they have never attempted to reach out to me to schedule an appointment in well over a month! Do not contact them if you don”t want to be discriminated.

I do NOT recommend this business!! I was just NOT happy with Jonathan DiStaulo's way of counseling my adult daughter and I. He did not try to nurture our mother/daughter relationship and he did not try to bring us together, so we could make amends with each other. My daughter was estranged from me for many years because of a bad divorce and because of living in a dysfunctional family. I had to stop the service because it was going (nowhere). I researched online articles to talk about during our counseling sessions. I felt as if I had to do the counseling thru these researched articles that I found. What a waste of time and money for me, so never again will I do counseling with anyone, no thank you!!!!

Aaron McGuire is an amazing recourse. He guides and provides sound counsel rooted in scripture and always directs you back to Christ. He speaks truth in love, gentleness, and kindness, which sheds light on areas of needed growth. He facilitated my wife and I’s premarital counseling which has had profound impacts on our relationship. Setting a firm foundation is essential in marriage and he was extremely helpful in guiding us in what to expect in marriage and how to navigate through it with Christ being the center of it all. I highly recommend him!

*I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS* Being a poor person I can’t file a suit but this doesn’t mean I not checking into options. Aaron McGuire and one of his counselors plus the staff was well aware of my parenting plan that I would give them copies of, had a paragraph stating I had rights to any of my child’s physical and mental heath needs, however this counselor stated to me “after him and Aaron looking over my parenting plan, Aaron seen nothing stating his staff had to speak to me.” Meanwhile I’m in an office at the victim center on speaker phone while my advocate listened. My child went through many counselors and ever new counselor gave me issues when I tried to be involved in my child’s needs and concerns and share those issues with his staff. Family counseling session was recommended but one of the new counselors was having trouble scheduling with his father so I would get text messages stated father canceled or she had to cancel the session. Out of no where, my child was being kept from me, pulled out of school, while having thoughts of harming himself and others. At a family access motion I had to file to enforce my court ordered parenting plan my child’s then counselor employed by McGuire Christian Counseling got on the stand and said I was the party canceling family sessions. With my printed proof of text messages, she had to admit she lied and she admitted she recommended his father not let me see my child, which is going against a court order and is not for anyone to say other than a judge. His father wanted sole legal and physical custody with only allowing me an hour of supervised visit once a week at McGuire Christian Counseling. In so many ways this place violated a court order and my parenting rights. Leaving me with a very strained relationship with my child. Please consider another counseling place that care all about your child.

Today I had a counseling session with the owner of this establishment, McGuire himself. He was telling me my relationship with God was bad, and that’s the reason why I had a mental condition. Acting like he knew my relationship with God better then I knew it myself. All the while making ugly faces at me, and releasing a big *sigh* after everything I said. He acted extremely condescending, and had what seemed to be zero empathy or understanding for the situation I’m going through. I’m not sure about the other counselors here, but if the owner conducts himself this way, I can’t say I’d expect them to be much better. The whole session seemed like an interrogation, or like I was being punished by a principal, and treated like a child. Stay away from this place. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
