This was a great experience for a novice Floe lift owner! We bought our lift used, and they answered all my questions and concerns. When it was time to pick up my new pontoon bunks Mark helped me load them in and tie them down. It was great! I will definitely be back if/when we need to order something else for our lift! Mike

Barb and Mark have been great to do business with. They truly cared about everything they did for us including building a new pier and a boat lift. The initial work and follow up was refreshing as good customer service is hard to find.
I ended up using Mchenry Pier because they came highly recommended from the person I bought my lift from. They had Mchenry Pier do a ton of work on their property and were very happy. This was against my better judgement. My brother in law had a horrible experience with Mchenry Pier where they rebuilt his lift and ended up severely damaging his boat because they had used the wrong parts! After numerous phone calls and a lot of hassle they did stand by their work and fix his boat, but it took persistence on my brother in laws part. So, I gave them a chance. I had them bring over and set my new lift. As well as move out my old lift. They had a day scheduled and it got mixed up. Instead of handling it like an adult and secheduling, he flipped out and told me to find some one else, he was done with me. He finally calmed down and we set another day to do it. Then, he was leveling the new lift and couldn’t get the leg in so he’s repeatedly smashed the lift into the pier to get it to work. After all this he proceeds to charge me 900.00 after he quoted me 600.00. About a week later my battery powered lift dies because they hooked up the charger wrong and burnt it out. I was told it wasn’t their problem. 11 days after the work is complete, 2 days after I received the bill, I get a call from Mchenry pier at 10:36pm asking why I haven’t paid yet!! I told her it was late on a week day and inappropriate, she told me it’s summer and they’re still working. Like that makes it ok some how. Long story short I would steer clear of any dealings with Mchenry pier.
ZERO STARS!! WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT MY SHORESTATION IN THE WATER TODAY AND THEY FORGOT!! I CALLED THEM AND AFTER THEY EXPLAINED THA IT WAS THEIR FAULT, TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T COME BACK, THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I HAD HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT THEM IN THE PAST AND NOW I KNOW THEY WERE ALL TRUE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
