Absolutely horrible. I was looking to buy a van for a long distance road trip and spoke extensively with McKay's to ensure that the car was in good driving condition. They assured me it was cleared by the mechanic and ready to go. I drove the car for two days with very weird rumbling before it broke down. I took it to a mechanic and find out there is NO second gear in the transmission. It is a 4000 fix. McKay's has offered absolutely no apology, remorse, or help after selling me a totaled car. I called them broke down asking for assistance and they said to come back with an attorney. Transmission failure confirmed by independent mechanic. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. Complete nightmare! UPDATE**- McKay's has refunded me 2000 of the 3000 I paid.

From a service perspective, it was a good experience. In August 2020, I brought my Durango in for a warranty issue requiring a body shop, and they took care of everything. They even got me a loaner vehicle (a small Jeep). The repair ended up taking a couple weeks, and when I needed a bigger vehicle for a weekend trip, they accommodated me and gladly swapped it out for a minivan. I would go back for service. John was knowledgeable and great to work with. From a sales perspective, it was not as good. I was ready to purchase a new 2020 Ram and trade in my 2011 Ram. I knew exactly what truck I wanted (which they had) and was ready to buy. I didn't even need a test drive. Their trade-in offer was 3k less than three other Ram dealers, and when showing them a competing dealer's written offer, they simply said \we're too far apart\ and didn't even attempt to earn my business. I walked out, and bought basically the same truck from another dealer. For what it's worth, this was June 2020, during covid, and I guess they weren't interested in selling me a truck.
