Not a very good company Placed an order online for 3 shirts and a safety jacket with my company logo on it. Order was placed oct 9th. It said allow 3 to 5 business days to allow your order to ship. I called oct. 22nd to find out about my order and was informed that they would have to call me back later with an update (called around 8am CST) waited till around 2pm CST and finally called them back to find out what was going on. I was told that my shirts were ready but my jacket was still in their warehouse and hadnt been sent to be printed yet. I asked when would it be ready I was told they could send it to printing next week and it would take another week or so to be completed. They said they could send me the jacket without my company logo on it if I wanted. I said yes just send me my stuff because it's already been almost 3 weeks with no kind of communication from them to explain what was going on. I had to reach out to them. I wonder how long they wouldve taken to complete my order if I hadnt called twice. Horrible company in my opinion and will definitely take my business elsewhere. WHY IN THE WORLD WAS MY JACKET JUST CHILLING IN YOUR WAREHOUSE FOR SO LONG WITHOUT BEING SENT TO GET PRINTED AND WHY DIDNT YOU REACH OUT TO ME TO NOTIFY ME OF SUCH A DELAY? horrendous customer service and company
