I have used Mc Keand Construction for 2 different home improvement projects; the first building a free-standing garage and more recently, putting a new floor in our kitchen and dining room. The garage is now 10 y.o. and still great (no cracks in the floor, siding is secure, etc.). When I needed help with a second project I called Mc Keand Construction with no hesitation. The floor presented a unique challenge that Mc Keand was able to meet- My sub-floor was uneven and created a small hump across the entirety of the room (old houses, man). Mc Keand had a flooring specialist come in and level out the sub-floor to the point where it is virtually gone. The installers were courteous, had a great attention to detail and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will say that their prices may be slightly higher than other construction companies, but the difference in price reflects their quality and attention to detail. If you can afford it I would absolutely recommend Mc Keand Construction for any home improvement project.
