Such a shame that people can so selfishly post a negative review with intent to hurt an organization that helps hundreds, if not thousands of families. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. Absolutely ridiculous. McKenna Farms is without a doubt one of the most amazing facilities we've ever been to. It provides such a great sense of support and family to those who desperately need it.

Extremely disappointed with this clinic and the lack of professionalism that was shown today. My boys have been doing online therapy since the pandemic started. They are now discharging them because I don't feel comfortable with them returning. 1 therapist spoke to me about coming in but said that she wasn't discharging him if we didn't come in. Called the office today because we couldn't get in touch with any of the therapist for therapy today and she tells us that they discharged the boys. No one spoke directly to us to let us know that this is what they decided to do. Very unprofessional.

My kids participated in the therapeutic riding program for 1 year and were assigned 3 different instructors over the course of that year. Each of the previous instructors quit without notice and with no transition. I basically paid for them to start over after several months because there was no communication between instructors. I suspended their participation when I found out about the third change and reached out to the Founder & Executive Director to express my concerns about the instability of the program and got no response.
