Professional and pleasant. The staff here really care about their patients teeth. And Ronece is the only hygienist I’ve ever looked forward to seeing! She transformed my smile.

I have been managing dental practices for several years and I can never forget the good principals and ethics learn with Dr Kostas and with other associate dentists at Mckennell Dental practice. They are one of the few practices with 100% patient focus. They have amazing standards of cross infection and highly skilled professionals. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: I have since been informed that this dentist no longer works at the practice. He's still listed on their website, but it may just take some time for them to update it. I would give zero stars if possible, I have had to return 5 times in 6 months to have the same issue 'fixed' again and again. Only the final time was the issue fully and properly remediated, it is unclear to me why the dentist did not do it properly the first time (or the second, third, fourth time?). Even worse than this, my dentist here made false claims about COVID-19 and false claims about the safety of the vaccine. They were so outlandish they don't warrant repeating. If this is his approach to medical information then I definitely no longer trust him to be making good judgement calls about my dental health. Unsure if this was specific to the dentist I was assigned (Jonathan Jeff), as other comments seem good. The support staff have all been lovely and attentive, so it may just be one bad egg. Avoid him.

Avoid, avoid, avoid I have concerns over a few things, Firstly The level of dentist professionalism. Jonathan Jeff Was 40 minutes late and didn’t bother to say hello neither apologising for the delay. I felt that I was rushed he seemed to be in a hurry, he inserted the needle all the way down to my bone to the extent that I had to stop him, he is taking his anger on the patients. I never had such a bad experience with a dentist. Secondly, the poor hygiene, after treatment I developed six mouth ulcers which are very unusual for me. Thirdly, I wasn’t giving any advice to what to do/avoid after treatment. Fourthly, since last two day, I have felt very uncomfortable/annoyed as the temporary filling is not placed properly, he should have polish/level the filling. The only good thing about this dental practice is the helpful lady at the reception. I will call and cancel the further appointments. My appointment was on Tuesday 08/09 at 2 o'clock. Seyed.

I have been with Dr Elena for 4 years now. By far the best. Very gentle and caring unlike some dentists I have come across in London who are very rough at handling the teeth and gums. Definitely recommend her. And Dora in reception is very warm and friendly.
