I worked for MCL during my nurse training. They were fantastic to work for, shifts always available and good rate of pay (better than national minimum wage). Uniform was provided including a tunic and trousers, always paid on time and correct. When I informed MCL I was leaving as I got a job as a staff nurse they were extremely supportive, especially Christine who was very professional and wished me all the best for the future. MCL is a great agency to work for, would highly recommend.
