Parking lot is a little tight, took almost 4 hours to get loaded, had to check and ask at shipping office 3 times to finally get a dock door, best way to get to place is from highway 45 service road, other streets in area are non-truck friendly and barely wide enough to fit with the rig.

Nice staff but now and then it takes a while to get the load ready but once they start loading it takes about an hour

Checkin by door22 Wait for phone call, get a door. Fair unload time 30-45 minutes. Receive phone wait for call to go back in and receive paperwork. Overall decent place. Little tight No overnight parking like most McLanes.
