They were very nice but they forgot to give us the prayer cards, the little silver cross, and a plaque. I shouldn't worry about the details when I am grieving.

My sister recently passed away and Heppner Funeral home was just very kind and full of empathy towards my mother and father Karen is the one in charge of setting everything up and she is great and Michael the funeral driver is an angel he gave very comforting words at the grave site and really did make my parents feel more at ease he was a breathe of fresh air during this tragic time my family will always be grateful towards all staff at Heppner funeral home

CONSUMER/BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0, IT WOULD BE O!!!!! KAREN, THE PERSON WE DEALT WITH SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS. THIS PERSON IS VERRRY COLD, INSENSITIVE AND VOID OF COMPASSION. SHE MADE OUR TRAGIC EXPERIENCE MUCH WORSE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. SHE BROUGHT US TO TEARS SEVERAL TIMES. I COULD GO ON BUT THINGS ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR US RIGHT NOW. WE JUST FELT THAT ANYONE HAVING LOST A LOVED ONE SHOULD KNOW SO THEY DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT SHE'S PUT US THROUGH.
