Dealt with them for years with no problems. Until this year technicians from their store have been to my house 4 times now to fix a leaking washer I bought from them that’s still under warranty. They leave and now it won’t drain after spin cycle and is still pouring water on my floor. I call off work to meet them and they are no call no shows or say they are too busy to come out! Also had them fix a fridge I bought I have receipt And they claim it is not under warranty. Said they will give me 90 off my next fridge from them....geee thanks! Haven’t had my appliances 2 months and it’s been excuse after excuse every week trying to get it sorted out.

I purchased a refrigerator and stove from them. Refrigerator stop working after a month and they sent a repair man out within hour of my call. Then they replaced the refrigerator before the end of business today. Things happen and there are never promises of things not breaking down. But they honored the six month warranty. They are respectful and very kind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs appliances and are working on a tight budget.
We bought a Wsher off of them, they took our old washer... The timer wentout on the washer after doing a couple loads, called them they sent someone 2 days later he took the timer off went to see if they had another one in their junk pile...They didn't so theysaid they would bring another washer down...2 days later they brought one down...They brought down our they fixed our old washer and brougjt it back...We didn't realize it was our old washer until after they left...We called they and told themwe didn't want our old washer...I will NEVER buy off them again

Bought a used Kenmore washing machine. EXTREMELY pleased. Gentleman that helped me pick it out was super helpful. Price couldn't be beat. Will definitely shop there again and refer family and friends!
