I have surgery coming up and called the extension number to ask some questions about the appointment and the lady that picked up was very rude. She never answered my question directly and kept trying to put it off to other people and at the end, she just said \Oh my god\ and hung up on me. The rest of the people are nice though.

Attended a specialist appt today.. Doctor came in the room at my appt time!! On time.. Woohoo.. Screening went quick.. Felt safe n staff were great.. Needed bloodwork after.. Got right in.. Amazing!! Was a good day..

I don’t know what happened on a particular day when I was addressed by a Nurse 4th floor Pediactric care who I thought didn’t handle my inquiry very well so I thought she was rude. However, I’ve since been in many more times & have been greeted warmly by all nursing staff. Maybe was just an off day. Visiting with grandson in care.
