Always a very high quality of work from Accutech. But, this is a very busy shop and it helps to plan accordingly. I appreciate that they are thorough and that they don't try to sell you services that aren't needed. In particular, Matt is probably the best service writer that I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, straight shooter and good communicator. As long as I drive vehicles I will always go the fifty plus miles out of my way to have Accutech do the job.

The people were very nice to work with but the overall work was very poor. They missed quite a few things we had to fix and we added a 4 wheel drive cable to our Jeep that doesn't even work and we spent over 1500 on stuff that we ended up having to fix

I have been using Shilo for 15 years. He is hands down not only the most honest mechanic I have met, but by far the best. Always great work, the only shop I trust for myself and anyone I know. I highly recommend this shop! I cant say that enough. In 15 years not once has he failed me. Great work!

I hate to say this...well, i really don't think you were fair with my daughter's AUDI. 1,000 just to get it towed back as no good, and that 1,ooo was paid for labor on the two times it you had it before the last, to be towed back to her. Also we never even were told what was fixed. Really not cool.
