This business is run by a grumpy old man who needs to retire. Every encounter with him was unpleasant and I wound up using a different service because I didn't want to deal with him anymore. Poor customer service!
I called to get a quote for a residential property that my company manages and the second I mentioned my business name, he said he wasn't interested and hung up. I called back to try to clarify that I needed a quote and he got angry, yelled that he wasn't that he was trying to work and hung up again.
