This place has a great variety of parts on hand old and new and is usually 10% to 15% cheaper than the Napa next door. Their staff are helpful and friendly with one exception but overall amazing people who do a amazing job. Great selection of accessories stocked in their aisles as well

I was having problems with my battery, sometimes my car would start, other times it wouldn't. So I pulled into an Auto Zone In McMinnville, Oregon. I turned off my car and got out. I walked up to the Auto Zones front door just as a person was coming out and they held the door open for me. I walk using a walker and the first thing I notice is if the door or doors are heavy or lite in a business that way you can tell if their handicap friendly. But I couldn't tell if Auto Zones door was heavy or lite because someone opened it for me which was nice of them. I walked up to the counter and a nice gentleman greeted me with a big smile and said: \Welcome to Auto Zone how may I help you today.\ I said hi in return and said I was having trouble with the battery in my car. The man then came around the counter and said let's take a look at it, and back out the door I went again with the nice man opening the door for me. I popped the hood of my car and the nice man took a look at my battery it had a whole bunch of junk built up on one of my terminals. The nice man said let's clean this terminal off I don't think you're getting a very good connection. So, he pulled a tool out of his pocket and he had a screwdriver with him also. He popped off the cable connected to my battery and he used a tool to clean off the battery connector. By the time he was done the battery connector was nice and clean. He then reattached the cable to the battery and I got into the car and turned the key and it started right up. The nice man did say that I should look into getting a new battery soon. I thanked him and asked how much do I owe him and he said nothing just enjoy your day and he turned around and went back into Auto Zone. I'll have to come back here and check the front door to see if its heavy or lite. Not to mention I'm going to need a new battery. If you're looking for excellent customer service, stop off at the Auto Zone located in McMinnville, Oregon they will treat you right!

Had parts staff leaves something to be desired. Everytime I've been there they have been less then helpful and kind of rude. One I particularl.
These people are super helpful. When they didn't have a product I needed the suggested checking with a competitor.
